This position is fully remote, providing flexibility in your work schedule. As part of a detox center, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers. Your virtual workspace will empower you to engage with clients through digital platforms, ensuring they receive the necessary support regardless of their physical location.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information about clients' mental health issues, strengths, and resources available to them.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions to meet each client's unique needs.
• Work collaboratively with the treatment team to coordinate care and adjust treatment plans based on clients' progress and feedback.
• Facilitate crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments to ensure client safety and well-being at all times.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring secure handling of sensitive information.
• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, fostering a sense of community and shared experience among clients.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices and ongoing research in mental health and addiction treatment to continuously enhance the quality of care provided.

The clients you will serve are primarily individuals undergoing detoxification, with needs ranging from mental health support to substance abuse recovery. This diverse population requires a sensitive approach tailored to their unique histories, needs, and challenges. Your work will not only help in their recovery from addiction but will also address underlying mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program, ensuring a solid foundation in clinical practice.
• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia, reflecting your commitment to professional ethics and standards.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, with a focus on those applicable to mental health and addiction recovery.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to establish trusting relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Demonstrated assessment skills to accurately evaluate client needs and conceptualize effective treatment plans.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, preferably within a detox or addiction recovery context.
• Experience in leading group therapy sessions and providing psychoeducation, enhancing the client’s understanding of their conditions.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems to support the provision of remote care.
