Description

Sr. Marketing Specialist – House Brands Responsibilities & Expectations

This role supports the growth of Almo's house brands by ensuring best-in-class product launches, digital shelf readiness, and marketing execution across key retail channels. The Sr. Marketing Specialist serves as the operational engine behind house brand marketing programs, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure products launch successfully and marketing programs execute efficiently.

Core Responsibilities

Product Launch Management Own the operational execution of new product launches for assigned house brands.

  • Manage end-to-end product launch timelines for new SKUs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness across marketing, product management, creative, sales, and content teams.
  • Ensure all assets, content, and launch requirements are completed prior to go-live.
  • Brief all creative needs through Wrike and manage deliverables with the creative team.
  • Coordinate product photography, video shoots, and asset development for new launches or content optimization.
  • Work closely with product management to ensure all factory/vendor assets are received on time to meet launch timelines.

Digital Shelf & PDP Readiness Ensure all house brand products have high-quality, conversion-optimized product pages.

  • Serve as quality gatekeeper for product detail pages (PDPs) across retail channels.
  • Ensure PDP content accuracy, completeness, and brand alignment.
  • Coordinate creation of product images, videos, comparison charts, and enhanced content.
  • Identify and develop key product USPs based on product management input, consumer insights, and category trends.
  • Monitor and improve digital shelf readiness including:
    • Product content completeness
    • PDP imagery and video
    • Product descriptions and feature callouts
    • FAQs and consumer education
    • Review generation
  • Work with customer content teams to understand retailer-specific content requirements and ensure all assets are created and optimized.
  • Partner with customer service teams to identify common customer questions and ensure they are addressed through product content.

Campaign & Content Coordination Coordinate execution of house brand marketing initiatives across key channels.

  • Manage marketing calendars and campaign timelines.

  • Manage development of marketing assets including imagery, video, and copywriting.

Cross-Functional Coordination Act as the operational connector between marketing and other internal teams.

  • Work closely with product management, creative, sales, customer service, and digital marketing to ensure marketing priorities are executed.
  • Coordinate priority SKU launches and optimization projects with sales and content teams.
  • Ensure all marketing and content assets remain organized, accessible, and up to date within brand folders and systems.

Success in this role will be measured by the ability to:
