Position Summary:
Fried Frank is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the firm's digital marketing efforts by assisting with email marketing campaigns and website content updates. This role is responsible for building, testing, and deploying email communications through the firm's email marketing platform, Vuture, and assisting with the creation, maintenance, and updating of content across the firm's website. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work closely with colleagues across the digital marketing and business development department.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Draft, build, test, schedule, and deploy email marketing campaigns through the firm's email marketing platform, Vuture, including preparing drafts for review, incorporating feedback, and assisting with campaign reporting and analytics.
  • Collaborate with business development, events, content, and design teams to support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Build, update, and maintain website pages within the firm's content management system, including preparing content for review, incorporating revisions, and publishing approved content.
  • Tag and organize content across the firm's website to support content discoverability, consistency, and user experience.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews of email campaigns and website content to ensure accuracy, functionality, and adherence to firm branding standards.
  • Coordinate multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail and organizational standards.
  • Communicate effectively with marketing and business development colleagues to support project execution and ensure timely completion of assignments.

Education / Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least two years of relevant digital marketing experience.

Skills & Abilities:
  • Working knowledge of HTML; familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
  • Familiarity with email marketing systems (Vuture) and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
  • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, GEO, digital content distribution, web analytics, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment, with a focus on accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Collaborative work style with the ability to incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and effective stakeholder engagement.

The actual salary offered will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
New York Salary Range
$65,000-$75,000 USD
