Overview

Associate Director - Digital Product Deployment

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Deploys and supports Digital & Technology (D&T) products into the NA market, as prioritized by BG-BU CDIOs. Lands D&T enabled outcomes on time and within budget, ensuring integration and embedment in the focus market for growth, savings, and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Drives business deployment in the focus market for D&T, especially focused on landing products prioritized by CDIOs that are common across BUs.
  • Leads the planning, execution, and management of digital, data, and AI product deployment.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to define scope, goals, plans and timelines.
  • Ensures the successful integration of digital technologies into existing systems and processes.
  • Supports local stakeholder engagement and feedback prioritisation across domains, advocating for user centricity and continuous improvement.
  • Manages requirements and validation including: local data, systems integration, cross-product integration.
  • Accountable for business sign-off and validation.
  • Supports focus market change assessment & change management (including process change) for focus country and BU-specific priorities.
  • Front line issue management across D&T products landing in the country.
Skills
  • Digital expertise – experience with digital (Data, AI, tech) projects / products / programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Program / plan management to ensure delivery of outcomes.
  • Execution excellence.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits

Pay: The pay range for this position is $141,680 to $212,520. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
