Purpose of the Job As the Digital Asset + Content Manager, you will collaborate with cross functional teams to organize high-quality digital static photography deliverables for our client, a leader in the tech industry. We are looking for an individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong passion for visual design across different channels. Please note this is a remote position on a temporary contract of 2-5 months.

Key Responsibilities Asset Management Coordinate and manage asset lifecycle, including usage rights, metadata, and availability. Ensure efficient naming conventions, storage, and organization of departmental files. Manage uploads, downloads, sorting, and tagging of assets within the DAM system.

Track and traffic assets for cross-functional teams. DAM Administration Manage user permissions and access to the DAM system. Identify and assign descriptive metadata for brand assets.

Comment on assets to determine and control uses and promote effective repurposing. Content Management Manages global assets and campaigns across multiple platforms. Fields requests from internal and external partners.

Tracks deadlines and project milestones to ensure goals are met. Manages and publishes website content for accuracy and consistency. Acts as a product owner, translating business goals into technical requirements.

Process Improvement Identify personnel needs and process improvements to optimize team efficiency. Provide clear communications regarding project status, issues, and priorities. Knowledge, Skills + Experience Technical Proficiency Strong proficiency in DAM software and file management.

Expertise in file naming conventions, metadata tagging, and version control. Experience with media files, including raw and derivatives. Understanding of taxonomy and metadata standards for enhanced search functionality.

Basic understanding of digital rights management (DRM). Soft Skills Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn new systems quickly.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable to a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Additional Experience 3+ years of experience using a DAM tool. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.

Understanding of archival principles (preferred). Experience in product roadmaps and working with the engineering teams. Experience in reporting and making data-driven recommendations for better ways of working (e.g.
