Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct and document thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mood disorder symptoms, including their severity, frequency, and impact on daily life.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in partnership with clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and preferences.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to deliver effective interventions.
  • Provide ongoing education to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment processes, and self-care strategies to enhance their journey towards recovery.
  • Monitor clients' progress throughout treatment, making necessary adjustments to their care plans based on observed improvements or challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to deliver an integrated approach to mental health care.

Qualifications
