• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the severity and impact of clients' mood disorders, such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client's specific needs, goals, and preferences, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Implement and monitor treatment strategies, regularly assessing client progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment pathways, and effective self-care strategies, fostering a supportive environment for healing.
• Collaborate with inter-professional teams, including psychiatrists and medical specialists, to support integrated care approaches and further enhance treatment efficacy.
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings to share insights and strategies that benefit client treatment.
• Advocate for clients' rights and needs, addressing issues of mental health stigma and promoting awareness within the community.

• Must possess an active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) certification.

• Empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude towards a diverse clientele, understanding their unique experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational skills to manage administrative responsibilities alongside providing therapeutic care.

• Experience in working with mood disorders and knowledge of evidence-based therapies.
• Familiarity with remote counseling platforms and tools.
• Prior experience advocating for mental health issues within the community.

• The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
