This role will be conducted primarily in a remote setting, designed to provide a balance between professional obligations and personal flexibility. The ideal candidate will be equipped with the technology necessary for effective online communication and case management. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' psychosocial needs, integrating emotional, behavioral, and educational factors to inform individualized intervention strategies.
• Develop tailored care plans in collaboration with students, families, and school personnel, addressing specific academic and emotional goals.
• Provide individual counseling sessions for students, focusing on coping skills, stress management, and personal development to improve mental health.
• Facilitate workshops and support groups that promote social skills, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence among students.
• Advocate for students' rights and access to educational resources and community services, ensuring they receive the appropriate interventions.
• Engage in regular communication with teachers, school administrators, and other interdisciplinary team members to monitor student progress and modify intervention plans as needed.
• Document all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with state regulations and agency policies, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to remain current with best practices in social work and educational interventions.

The primary focus of this role is to work with students in a school setting. The chosen candidate will support a diverse population, including students facing various social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. The LCSW will serve as an essential resource for students requiring mental health support, aiming to promote their well-being and academic success.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current, valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in social work, preferably within a school, educational, or community setting.
• Strong understanding of developmental issues and mental health challenges that students may face.
• Excellent skills in assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention.
• Proficient in using EHR systems and capable of adapting to new software as needed.

• Experience working with children and adolescents, particularly in educational environments.
• Familiarity with community resources available for students and families.
• Background in conducting group therapy or educational workshops.
