• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs, social determinants of health, and establish meaningful treatment goals.
• Deliver tailored one-on-one counseling sessions addressing a diverse range of mental health and psychosocial issues, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions focusing on shared concerns, enhancing client support networks, and providing psychoeducation to promote mental health awareness.
• Design, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans with clear, measurable outcomes based on clients’ unique circumstances and needs.
• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments, safety planning, and seamless coordination with emergency resources to ensure client safety.
• Advocate vigorously for clients' rights and access to necessary services, helping them navigate complex healthcare and community resource systems.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome evaluations in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is essential.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• Demonstrated clinical experience providing social work and counseling services to a diverse client base, ideally within a community health setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to foster rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong understanding of cultural competence and a commitment to cultural sensitivity in client interactions.

• Previous involvement in crisis intervention and risk assessment protocols within a mental health framework.

Safe West Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
