Our up-market Commercial team focuses on working with growing organizations of 250-10,000 employees across the Financial Services industry, including Banking, Insurance, and Wealth & Asset Management. As a Commercial Account Executive, you won't just sell AI agents - you'll work alongside them to accelerate revenue, build trusted customer relationships, and drive meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts, aligned to their business objectives
  • Coordinate internal Salesforce resources and perform account planning, partnering with Prime and Cloud sales teams to ensure strategic alignment
  • Drive growth within existing accounts and develop new opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting
  • Share the Salesforce value proposition with existing and prospective customers and help them realize value from their Salesforce investments

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of full cycle, field-based sales experience
  • Proven track record of managing customer accounts to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities, or acquiring new logo accounts
  • Ability to build and deliver compelling presentations to customers and C-suite stakeholders
  • Ability to strategize and collaborate effectively with a large, extended team

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of full cycle sales experience with a focus on technology or SaaS solutions
  • Experience selling into Financial Services accounts (Banking, Insurance, or Wealth & Asset Management)
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce platform and Customer 360 solutions
  • Experience in competency-based selling; we evaluate experience across extracurricular leadership, military service, volunteer roles, and work history
