This LMFT position is primarily remote, allowing for flexible scheduling tailored to your personal and professional needs. As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals, ensuring coordinated care for all clients.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional health to identify their needs and establish rapport.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize clients' goals and circumstances, regularly updating them based on progress.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions addressing diverse issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics.
• Lead couples therapy sessions to enhance communication skills, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationship bonds.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in adherence to confidentiality standards.
• Stay clinically current by participating in ongoing professional development, utilizing innovative therapeutic approaches, and engaging in peer supervision sessions.
• Be available for crisis intervention, offering immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress.
• Engage effectively with clients, their families, and relevant stakeholders to coordinate holistic care and advocate for clients' rights.
• Utilize secure teletherapy platforms to provide therapy services remotely, ensuring a confidential environment for clients.

Our patient population comprises individuals facing various mental health challenges—many seeking help for anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, and trauma. Your role will be crucial in empowering these individuals to achieve their therapeutic goals and improve their overall quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Washington State is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting individual and couples therapy.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, particularly in the context of electronic health record documentation.
• Ability to effectively engage clients in a remote therapy setting using various digital communication tools.

• Experience working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or underrepresented communities.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and evidence-based therapeutic methodologies.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and relevant electronic documentation systems.
