This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while ensuring that you remain connected with our team and clients through digital platforms. You will utilize secure video conferencing tools to conduct therapy sessions, engage in team meetings, and participate in training and supervision. By leveraging technology, you will be able to deliver effective therapy and maintain strong client relationships while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health issues, creating well-informed clinical diagnoses and individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the distinct needs of each client.
• Respond to clients experiencing acute mental health crises with timely crisis intervention and support, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client progress, treatment plans, and assessment results in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to provide holistic care to clients.
• Engage in educating clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment methods, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs.
• Commit to professional development by staying abreast of the latest practices and methodologies in mental health therapy through ongoing training and workshops.

As a mental health therapist at Willow Garden Counseling Center, you will have the privilege of working with a varied demographic that includes individuals, couples, families, and groups from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. Your role will involve assessing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. By delivering personalized care, you will help clients achieve their mental health goals and improve their quality of life.

• Current license as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field.
• Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a therapeutic setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and colleagues effectively.
• Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• A steadfast commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting is advantageous, though not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery methods.
