This position allows for a flexible remote work setting, enabling you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home while still engaging closely with a team of skilled professionals. • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, creating detailed clinical diagnoses and tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, ensuring each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals are met.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services for clients facing acute mental health situations, employing effective stabilization techniques.
• Document and maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, including treatment plans and progress notes.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, while advocating for their rights and needs.
• Commit to professional growth by staying updated with contemporary practices in mental health therapy through workshops and continuing education.

• Must possess a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required, while a Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are essential.
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health therapy is necessary.

• Previous experience in an outpatient setting is highly valued but not strictly required for qualified candidates.
