• Conduct detailed virtual psychosocial assessments to assess the individual strengths and needs of clients, focusing on their emotional and social challenges.
• Provide evidence-based therapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and small groups, using dynamic techniques tailored to diverse client backgrounds.
• Collaborate with educational and healthcare providers to coordinate holistic care, ensuring support systems align to promote students’ overall wellness.
• Advocate for clients' rights and facilitate access to critical community resources, including mental health services, educational support, and family assistance programs.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes within electronic health records to ensure compliance and facilitate continued care.
• Engage actively in team meetings, case conferences, and skill-enhancing educational activities to continually improve your clinical expertise and maintain high standards of care.

This role primarily focuses on students and their families, particularly those from diverse backgrounds who might face challenges related to mental health, social integration, and academic performance. You will be working with a wide range of issues from anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, to trauma-informed care. Your clinical skills will directly influence the emotional resilience and academic success of these individuals, making a meaningful difference in their lives.

• Master's degree in social work from an accredited program.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington.
• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, preferably in a school environment.
• Expertise in performing diagnostic assessments and formulating individualized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with a wide range of individuals from varied cultural backgrounds.
• A commitment to cultural competency, social justice, and ethical practice is essential.

• Experience working within a school or educational setting is beneficial.

• This full-time, remote position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
