• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other health professionals to create an integrated treatment plan that supports holistic care.
• Guidance and education for patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their healthcare journey.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions while employing evidence-based modalities to encourage recovery.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the treatment team, aligning with personal goals and preferences.
• Assist patients in navigating the mental health system, advocating for their rights, and ensuring they receive the necessary resources and support.

You will primarily serve individuals facing various mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to complex psychiatric disorders.
