Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele ranges widely, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C) in the state of Maryland.
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities to identify client needs effectively.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant work experience in a mental health setting.
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining professional standards in all aspects of care.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with a diverse client population and familiarity with various therapeutic approaches is preferred, although not strictly required for entry-level roles.
  • Prior experience in an outpatient setting is advantageous, but we value diversity in backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a variety of benefits designed to support your health and wellness.
