Who you are

The Reporting Manager, Real Estate Program Management is responsible for establishing and managing standardized portfolio-level reporting that provides leadership with clear, data-driven insight into delivery readiness, revenue timing, and financial exposure. This role aggregates project-level data across design, procurement, construction, finance, legal, sales, and delivery teams to identify systemic risks, trends, and performance opportunities, supporting informed decision-making for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale hyperscale data center projects.

What you will do
  • Establish and maintain standardized portfolio-level reporting frameworks aligned to key business metrics related to delivery readiness, lease milestone adherence, revenue timing and recognition, and cost and recovery exposure.
  • Ensure consistent reporting methodologies across projects, campuses, and client programs.
  • Aggregate and synthesize project-level data into portfolio-level insights and executive-ready reporting that identify risk exposure, recovery opportunities, and variance to plans.
  • Identify systemic risks, trends, and performance drivers across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Analyze cross-project dependencies that impact schedule, revenue realization, and financial outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain forward-looking forecasts related to revenue timing, delivery milestones, and potential delays and financial impacts.
  • Provide leadership with clear, actionable insights to support decision-making by translating complex data into concise, business-relevant narratives.
  • Support portfolio reviews, leadership meetings, and strategic planning discussions.
  • Leverage and maintain reporting tools and platforms, including Power BI, Tableau, Palantir, and Smartsheet (or similar data integration platforms).
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data capture, structure, and usability.
What you will need to be successful
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, portfolio analytics, investment analysis, or related field.
  • Experience developing financial forecasts, scenario modeling, and data-driven insights.
  • Advanced experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into executive insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Capable of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Process design and documentation.
