$1,000 RETENTION BONUS!
The Surveillance Operator observes activities that occur in all gaming and non-gaming areas. They report all violations of gaming, safety, health and/or policy and procedural violations that occur.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Knowledge of all casino table including Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Poker ect. (Will train the right candidate).
  2. Familiarity of slot machine games.
  3. Ability to operate Video Management devices.
  4. When assigned to the monitoring room, patrol the facility throught the use of pan, tilt and zoom cameras and record all pertinent activity on the digital recording system. Maintain a log of events as they occur and complete incident reports as circumstance dictate.
  5. Ability to use a computer, including Video Management Surveillance Systems, Internet (Web based) products, and Microsoft Office products.
  6. Monitors the operations conducted at automated bill breaker machines, automated gaming voucher and coupon redemption machines, automated jackpot payout machines and automated teller machines.
  7. Through knowledge of property policies and procedures.
  8. Through knowledge of Nevada gaming regulations and house gaming rules.
  9. Must proactively notify management of any gaming, procedural and policy violations.
  10. Must remain impartial and keep all actions and behaviors observed confidential.
  11. Vison correctable to 20/20. A vison test may be required.
  12. Must be able to give court testimony when necessary and write detailed reports.
  13. Assists in random team member audits.
  14. Other related duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Prefer at least 6 months' previous experience in similar position within the gaming industry. Will train the right candidate.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Nevada Gaming Control Board registration required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Advanced mathematical comprehension required.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must have Microsoft Office experience and knowledge of web based programs.
