What you will do:

Seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst with Risk Management Framework (RMF) expertise to support the transition of legacy network-centric architectures to Zero Trust (ZT) and Data-Centric Security (DCS) models. The ideal candidate will implement DoD RMF, Zero Trust principles, and cloud security best practices, with a focus on Microsoft Azure security tools.

• Implement RMF processes, security controls, and continuous monitoring to achieve and maintain ATO.

• Lead Zero Trust transitions, integrating identity-based security, micro-segmentation, and least privilege access.

• Deploy Data-Centric Security (DCS) measures, including encryption, ABAC, and Digital Rights Management (DRM).

• Modernize legacy applications and network security to align with Zero Trust architecture.

• Enhance threat detection and response using SIEM, SOAR, and AI-driven security analytics.

• Leverage Microsoft Azure security tools (Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, Entra ID, Microsoft Purview) to secure cloud and hybrid environments.

• Collaborate with IT, DevSecOps, and compliance teams to embed security into system development.

Minimum Qualifications

• 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 10 years relevant experience with Masters/PhD/JD in related field

• 8+ years in cybersecurity, RMF, and federal security compliance.

• Expertise in Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA), IAM, PAM, and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).

• Experience with NIST 800-53, NIST 800-207 (ZT), and DoD RMF.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure security solutions, cloud security (Azure, GCC High), and DevSecOps security automation.

• Hands-on experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint security (EDR/XDR), and micro-segmentation.

• US Citizenship

• Clearance: Must possess an active TS clearance and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance
