Job Summary:
WebFX is a full-service digital marketing agency based in the US, seeking an entry-level Jr. Digital Project Specialist for their Project Management team. The role involves planning and managing website design projects, communicating with clients, and evaluating website performance, all while providing comprehensive training and career development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Create and outline specifications for website build projects, integrating UX best practices
โ€ข Organize and manage project timelines, and communicate schedules to internal team members
โ€ข Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with client goals
โ€ข Troubleshoot issues as they arise, using clear communication and creative problem-solving
โ€ข Manage multiple projects and deadlines using strong organization and time management skills
โ€ข Serve as the direct point of contact for clients, asking strategic questions to understand their goals and needs, and recommending best practices accordingly
โ€ข Contribute to our high client satisfaction rate by providing proactive support and building relationships based on trust and rapport
โ€ข Perform quality assurance testing during website builds and launches
โ€ข Evaluate website performance, functionality, and user experience to ensure standards are met
