Project Managers at CSI collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure their visions become a reality. Each project is unique and provides opportunities to offer both technical and commercial support. All aspects of project management that occur throughout a project life-cycle are associated with this position. Key responsibilities include promotion of CSI's products and services, sales, design, cost proposals and production of both shop-fabricated and field-installed projects.

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing

โ€ข Work with customers and internal teams to define scope, requirements, and solutions
โ€ข Support design, estimating, and cost development for fabricated components
โ€ข Build and manage accurate cost proposals (materials, labor, methods, margins)
โ€ข Review drawings, specs, and industry standards to ensure build accuracy
โ€ข Coordinate closely with the shop to keep projects moving and on schedule
โ€ข Provide technical support to production and resolve fabrication challenges
โ€ข Communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and internal teams
โ€ข Track project progress, costs, and performance
โ€ข Compare estimated vs. actual costs to improve future quoting accuracy
โ€ข Contribute to process improvements, cost reductions, and better build methods
