Who We're Looking For:
The Assistant Project Manager plays a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial real estate due diligence projects. This position ensures smooth workflow by managing resources, maintaining accurate documentation, and facilitating communication among internal teams, vendors, and clients. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
How You'll Make an Impact:
  • Assist project managers with organizing project timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
  • Gather and organize the required information at project kickoff.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, clients, surveyors, and contractors.
  • Follow up on outstanding items to keep projects moving.
