Position Summary: CVS Pharmacy Inc., a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Hartford, CT: Digital Product Manager to Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects for digital product development. Duties include: collaborate on the value proposition, strategic initiatives, roadmap, and target market; work with the Business Product Manager to map out initiatives to create features (Minimum Viable Product) that are usable and provide value (ROI); streamline the execution of team priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features/ components for the team; continuously refine the program backlog to adapt to change and facilitates decision-making on stories, bug fixes, and technical debt as they move through stages in team Rally board; partner with business teams to decompose large initiatives into features that deliver business value incrementally; monitor feature implementation with Business Product Manager and respective Product Owners; collaborate with software product, product owners, and agile teams to continuously review business needs, refine priorities, outline deliverables, and identify and address dependencies, opportunities and risk; review features with Agile teams; resolve questions and support product owner teams during user story creation and refinement; Collaborate with interfacing agile and application teams to facilitate requirements definition and resolve impediments; collaborate with stakeholders to decompose features into prioritized user stories that deliver value and tangible business results; provide feedback on architecture recommendations with respect to product vision to ensure the development team has sufficient understanding to design, develop, and test user story functionality; provides subject matter expertise to explain digital product vision and user stories to the team to ensure requirements are understood and customer value is delivered; and liaise with the Business Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Initiative Owner and Solution Architect to clarify requirements. Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Engineering, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires three (3) years of experience in each of the following:
• Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles;
• Oracle, Redis, or Cassandra database;
• JIRA, Rally, or Confluence;
• SQL, MySQL or NoSQL;
• Software development lifecycle (SDLC);
• Software testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting;
• Domain support for healthcare or retail organization;
• Web and mobile applications development;
• Relational database concepts;
• Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) processes;
• Agile productivity tools and leading incremental software releases;
• Developing data and analytics-based platform capabilities, services, or products; and
• Healthcare data management processes and techniques, including data standards, interoperability, and proper data privacy.
Pay Range: $168688.00/year to $203940.00/year.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
