OUTFRONT Media is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Detroit sales team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in advertising, media, or sales while gaining hands-on experience across campaign strategies, client partnerships, and revenue operations. As a key member of the sales organization, you'll collaborate with Account Executives, agency partners, and cross-functional teams to bring innovative advertising campaigns to life and help drive business growth.

Beyond coordinating day-to-day sales activities, this role offers the opportunity to develop valuable skills in media planning, market analysis, client service, and sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to develop compelling media plans, proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials that support business growth and campaign success.
  • Help bring advertising campaigns to life by coordinating pre-sale and post-sale activities, ensuring seamless execution from proposals through launch.
  • Deliver exceptional client and agency support through proactive communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to creating positive customer experiences.
  • Support sales planning and business development efforts by maintaining accurate records, tracking opportunities, and assisting with reporting and forecasting activities.
  • Leverage market, audience, and consumer insights to help inform sales strategy, strengthen client recommendations, and identify new opportunities.
  • Support campaign planning and optimization efforts by helping evaluate opportunities, coordinate updates, and ensure client objectives are met throughout the sales process.
  • Learn and utilize industry-leading sales, research, and business tools to support decision-making, campaign planning, and revenue growth.
  • Stay informed on advertising, media, and local market trends to help enhance client strategies and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support continuous improvement across the sales organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Account Executives, internal partners, advertising agencies, media buyers, and clients to foster collaboration and long-term success.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for the sales team by coordinating communications, managing requests, and helping drive projects to completion.
