Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping the team close the loop with customers. Store Ops & Execution Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage. Move with purpose by keeping the store organized, customer ready, and running smoothly. Follow all safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product. Take an owner/operator mindset by addressing issues, maintaining standards, and taking ownership of store execution. Leverage retail technology and digital tools to enhance the customer experience, enable associates on the sales floor, and support efficient store operations. Teamwork & Leadership Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled, providing confident leadership and clear direction.
