How you'll make an impact

1. You will analyze production specifications, plant capacity, and lead times to determine the required manufacturing processes, tools, and personnel.

2. You will develop and maintain a detailed production schedule based on inventory levels, production rates, and capacity planning. Collaborate closely with the production manager and supervisor to align workflow, resource allocation, and capacity to meet delivery targets effectively.

3. You will coordinate with the SCM department to schedule material deliveries aligned with the production schedule. Act as a liaison between sales, purchasing, and operations to ensure timely information flow and organize shipments to meet delivery dates.

4. You will release manufacturing work orders and carry out daily MRP to plan and manage production requirements. Identify and coordinate the ordering of raw materials and components needed to meet production and delivery schedules.

5. You will determine the sequence and lead times for each operation to ensure timely shipments in line with the master schedule. Develop detailed work sequences for fabrication, assembly, and other manufacturing activities to guide production teams effectively.

6. You will monitor production progress to ensure adherence to the scheduled plan, identifying root causes of deviations. Take corrective actions, expedite delayed operations, and adjust schedules as needed to meet delivery deadlines.

7. You will contribute to enhance Master Planning and Material Planning processes taking active participation in Root Cause Analysis of deviations to the Master Plan, pursuing the highest Planning adherence and implement initiatives to maximize operational efficiency

8. You will provide information on production capacity and material availability to the Master Scheduler and Production responsible. Alert management promptly about any capacity-demand imbalances to support timely decision-making.

9. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. Bachelor's degree in business or engineering or a related field preferred.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations.

3. Proficiency in ERP systems, MRP, and production planning tools.

4. Strong ability to analyze data, lead times, and capacity constraints to develop effective schedules.

5. Excellent planning, prioritization, and attention to detail to meet production deadlines.

6. Clear and effective communication to coordinate with supply chain, production, and management teams.
