Job summary: Junior level position responsible for supporting the day-to-day production and administrative needs of the Marketing Department. Works closely with the Marketing Manager to help ensure marketing materials, signage, labels and other department projects are produced accurately and delivered on time.

Summary of essential job functions:

  • Print, trim organize and prepare in-store signage and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate distribution of signage and marketing materials to Tony's Market locations.
  • Print product labels and coordinate label ordering as needed.
  • Maintain inventory of marketing and printing supplies and communicate when materials need to be reordered.
  • Perform marketing-related data entry and maintain accurate spreadsheets, lists, and records.
  • Organize and maintain digital marketing files, photos, artwork, and other department assets.
  • Assist with locating and organizing product photography and other creative assets.
  • Proof marketing materials for pricing, dates, spelling, product information, and other basic accuracy before production.
  • Assist with updating and organizing promotional calendars, sales information, and project documentation.
  • Help prepare materials for weekly promotions, seasonal campaigns, events, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with store teams regarding signage, marketing materials, and basic execution needs.
  • Assist with basic website, digital signage, or promotional content updates as assigned.
  • Provide general administrative and production support to the Marketing Manager.
  • Assist with special projects and other Marketing Department needs as assigned.
  • Provide extraordinary service by responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Abide by safety, health, and security rules.
  • Timely and consistent attendance.

  • Perform hands-on production work including printing, trimming, organizing and packing marketing materials.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends

Knowledge, skills and abilities required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, shared files, and basic office software.
  • Ability to lift and transport boxes or marketing materials as needed.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar programs is helpful, but not required.
  • Retail, grocery, marketing or print-production experience is helpful, but not required.
  • Some travel between Tony's Market locations may occasionally be required.
