Position Overview

The Head of Product - Media OS, IQVIA Digital will own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and market success of IQVIA Digital's flagship healthcare marketing platform. This leader will drive the transformation of Media OS from a unified omnichannel marketing platform into an intelligent, AI-powered audience and activation ecosystem that enables healthcare organizations to deliver highly personalized, privacy-compliant marketing experiences at scale.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in AdTech, martech, digital platforms, data-driven SaaS products, and omnichannel marketing ecosystems, combined with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy

  • Define and lead the long-term product vision for Media OS, aligning with IQVIA Digital's mission to deliver personalized, data-driven healthcare marketing solutions.
  • Drive the evolution of Media OS into an intelligent, AI-powered audience and activation platform.
  • Develop product positioning that differentiates Media OS through identity, data intelligence, and omnichannel orchestration.
  • Establish strategic priorities and investment plans that support growth, innovation, and market leadership.

Product Roadmap & Innovation

Own and execute the end-to-end product roadmap across:

  • Campaign planning and forecasting capabilities, including AI-driven recommendations.
  • Audience development, segmentation, direct-to-consumer workflows, and federated audience models.
  • Identity and data infrastructure, including expansion of identity graph capabilities and enterprise-wide data accessibility.
  • Activation solutions, progressing from multi-DSP orchestration to AI-powered optimization and decisioning.

Lead innovation initiatives focused on:

  • AI-driven campaign optimization and automated decisioning.
  • Closed-loop marketing and performance intelligence.
  • Real-time analytics and adaptive campaign management.
  • Seamless user experiences across planning, activation, measurement, and optimization workflows.

Platform & Ecosystem Leadership

  • Lead the development of Media OS as an open, multi-platform ecosystem supporting diverse activation partners and media channels.
  • Drive integrations and strategic partnerships across programmatic, social, connected TV (CTV), email, and endemic media environments.
  • Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and flexibility to support enterprise-level healthcare marketing campaigns.
  • Anticipate market trends and evolving customer needs to maintain competitive advantage.

Commercial Strategy & Growth

Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams to:

  • Refine product packaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Accelerate platform adoption among agencies and pharmaceutical clients.
  • Develop platform-led growth initiatives that drive revenue expansion.
  • Support integrated campaign solutions and new market opportunities.

Champion customer success by:

  • Delivering measurable improvements in reach, engagement, efficiency, and campaign performance.
  • Demonstrating the value of consolidated workflows and reduced operational complexity.
  • Ensuring strong customer adoption and retention outcomes.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead and mentor high-performing product teams across audience, identity, activation, workflow, and measurement domains.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Client Success teams to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centric product development.
  • Align organizational stakeholders around product priorities, investments, and business objectives.

Thought Leadership & Industry Influence

  • Represent IQVIA Digital as a recognized industry leader in healthcare marketing innovation.

  • 12+ years of product management and product leadership experience in:
    • Advertising technology (AdTech)
    • Marketing technology (MarTech)
    • Digital platforms

  • Proven success building and scaling enterprise platforms supporting planning, activation, and measurement workflows.
  • Deep expertise in:
    • Programmatic advertising ecosystems and DSPs
    • Identity resolution and identity graph technologies
    • Data platforms and audience modeling
    • Omnichannel marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to:
    • Lead large-scale cross-functional organizations
    • Translate strategic vision into measurable business outcomes
