Job Summary:
RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy, delivery, and adoption of AI-enabled workplace and collaboration technologies. This role focuses on delivering scalable, secure, and user-centric digital experiences within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to ensure effective product delivery.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Own product strategy and roadmap for workplace and collaboration technologies, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and Copilot capabilities
โ€ข Lead delivery execution, including backlog management, prioritization, and coordination across engineering, security, and vendor teams
โ€ข Drive adoption of AI-enabled collaboration use cases while ensuring governance, Responsible AI practices, and data privacy compliance
โ€ข Define and monitor adoption, performance, and ROI metrics to guide product decisions and continuous improvement
โ€ข Lead enterprise adoption and change management initiatives, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement programs
โ€ข Serve as the escalation point for delivery risks, providing clear status updates and resolution strategies
โ€ข Collaborate across cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable collaboration solutions
Qualifications:
Required:
