Role: Direct Client - Digital Product Manager – Gift Cards
Location: Seattle, WA - Onsite 5 days a week

One of our direct clients in the retail and digital commerce industry is seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead and enhance digital gift card experiences across mobile, web, and retail channels. This role offers the opportunity to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth through innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for digital gift card products.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and optimization.
  • Create product requirements, user stories, and prioritize backlogs.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Improve customer experiences including gifting, redemption, reload, and balance management.
  • Leverage analytics, customer insights, and A/B testing to drive product decisions.
  • Monitor KPIs related to adoption, engagement, conversion, and retention.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of product management experience delivering customer-facing digital products.
  • Experience in digital commerce, payments, fintech, loyalty programs, or retail technology.
  • Strong Agile/Scrum experience and expertise in product lifecycle management.
  • Proven ability to work with engineering teams and manage product backlogs.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Mobile application and consumer digital product experience.
