Job description

Print Production Operator — $25/hour

Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Davie, Florida | $25 per hour / approximately $1,000 per week

We are looking for a reliable Print Production Operator to join our full-time production team.

Previous professional printing experience is required, but direct experience with Mimaki equipment is not necessary. Training will be provided on our specific machines, software, production methods, and maintenance procedures.

The right candidate should be comfortable working with printing equipment, preparing production files, checking print quality, following detailed procedures, and learning how to troubleshoot common printing issues.

Main Responsibilities

  • Operate UV flatbed printing equipment after training
  • Prepare, arrange, and run production projects through printing software
  • Set up files, layers, print conditions, positioning, and print order
  • Load materials and correctly position products and production jigs
  • Perform print-quality checks before and during production
  • Identify printing, alignment, color, ink, and material-related problems
  • Make basic adjustments when projects are not printing correctly
  • Complete required cleaning and routine machine maintenance
  • Monitor ink and supply levels
  • Maintain accurate and consistent production quality
  • Follow daily production schedules
  • Complete orders accurately and on time
  • Keep the production area clean and organized

Required Experience

  • Previous professional experience in printing, sign production, screen printing, digital printing, large-format printing, garment printing, packaging, or a related production environment
  • Ability to work with production equipment and software
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow technical instructions and maintenance procedures
  • Ability to recognize print-quality problems
  • Basic computer and file-preparation skills
  • Ability to work independently after training
  • Reliable attendance and consistent work habits

Experience with UV printing, RasterLink, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar production software is preferred but not required.

What We Need

We are looking for someone who already understands the basics of professional printing and production and is willing to learn our equipment and workflow.

You must be dependable, organized, comfortable working with machinery, and able to maintain consistent quality throughout the day.
