Overview

Hiring for 1st shift

$16-$17 per hour with no experience! We will train!

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Press Operators to join our dynamic team in Madison, WI, 53704. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining digital printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. If you have a passion for print production and a knack for technology, we want to hear from you!

Shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift!

Responsibilities

*please note that pay rate does not include shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift*

  • Set up and operate digital printing presses to produce a variety of printed materials.
  • Monitor print quality throughout the production process and make necessary adjustments.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of production runs, materials used, and any issues encountered.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the printing processes.
Qualifications
  • Machine Operator experience, 3-6+ months preferred
  • Proven experience as a Digital Press Operator or similar role, preferred but not required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

$16-$17 per hour with no experience! We will train!
