The Consumer Analytics Senior Manager leads the analytics and insight engine that powers Wolverine Worldwide's digital commerce performance across brands and channels. This role translates consumer and eCommerce data into clear, decision ready insights that drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and better consumer experiences.
The Senior Manager will manage performance frameworks, guide forecasting and driver analysis, establish test and learn rigor, and act as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders on how to scale profitable digital growth.

Primary Duties:

  • Manage and optimize portfolio-level eCommerce performance measurements

  • Lead the conversion funnel analysis and identify drop-off drivers, test hypotheses, and collaborate with Commercial & UX teams to implement improvements

  • Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance readouts, clearly articulating drivers vs. plan and key risks/opportunities

  • Elevate analytics from reporting to decision support for senior leaders

  • Partner with Finance and Commercial teams to forecast revenue and site KPIs

  • Translate digital metrics into financial impact (net revenue, gross margin, operating profit) to support investment decisions and business cases.

  • Act as a strategic analytics partner to eCommerce, Marketing, CRM, Merchandising, and Marketplace teams.

  • Continuously raise the bar on methodologies and insight quality.

  • Performs duties consistent with the company's AAP/EEO goals and policies.

  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • 8+ Years of experience in eCommerce analytics, consumer analytics, growth strategy, or digital performance

  • Fluency with eCommerce analytics and BI tools (e.g., GA4 or equivalent, Power BI/Tableau, experimentation platforms) with the ability to translate tool output into business and financial insights.

  • Strong understanding of eCommerce KPIs, conversion funnels, attribution, and experimentation

  • Proven ability to translate complex data into executive-ready insights and recommendations

  • Experience partnering with Finance on forecasting and performance management

Working Conditions:

Normal office environment. Some travel may be required.
