Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for an IT Performance Mgr 1
IT Performance Mgr 1 (Overland Park, KS- Onsite )
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:
โ€ข Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal clients throughout the organization
โ€ข Collaborate closely with the Digital and Information Technology teams, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment of business needs and ensure superior and comprehensive employee experience
โ€ข Assist with new hire and onboarding processes
โ€ข Support the IT Software renewal and approval processes
โ€ข Act as point of escalation for requests and incidents for business sectors, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively
โ€ข Provide assistance and training for IT tools, equipment and systems
โ€ข Lead and contribute to process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and service quality.
โ€ข Assess the needs of Black & Veatch professionals and provide recommendations for service delivery improvements
โ€ข Assist the Audio-Visual team with Microsoft TEAMS support
โ€ข Assist with special projects within the department and team.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
โ€ข The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a positive customer service attitude with a focus on a positive employee experience.
โ€ข Excellent communication skills, with an ability to listen effectively, comprehend internal client needs, explain technical details in user-friendly language, and employ a proactive approach to problem-solving.
โ€ข The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
โ€ข 4+ years related experience in an IT or administrative support role
โ€ข Must be generally familiar with IT connectivity, systems and hardware
โ€ข Willing to participate in occasional travel
โ€ข Hands-on experience with ServiceNow
โ€ข History of successful process improvement implementations is a plus.
โ€ข Must be able to work both independently or with a group
โ€ข Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required.
โ€ข Working knowledge of desktop IT systems
โ€ข QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
โ€ข Must have minimum HS diploma or GED
