The Senior Analyst of Digital Messaging is a key member of the Martech and Data organization, responsible for overseeing the strategy, performance, and ongoing optimization of our SMS and WhatsApp programs. This role serves as the subject matter expert for messaging platforms, ensuring channel health, operational excellence, and scalable growth across the business. The Senior Analyst will partner closely with marketing, analytics, product, and technology teams to build best-in-class communication experiences that drive engagement, lead generation, and conversion throughout the customer lifecycle.

This will be a hybrid position working onsite in Orlando on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and from home Thursday, Friday.

How You'll Shine:

Messaging Strategy & Execution (35%)

  • Develop and manage the SMS and WhatsApp messaging strategy to support lead generation, customer engagement, and lifecycle goals

  • Implement scalable messaging workflows, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution

  • Maintain platform health by monitoring deliverability, data flows, opt-in quality, and message performance

Platform Management & Optimization (25%)

  • Serve as the channel expert for SMS and WhatsApp platforms, ensuring they are configured, maintained, and optimized for performance

  • Analyze message delivery, engagement, and conversion data to identify optimization opportunities

  • Partner with Martech teams to support integrations, enhancements, and new feature evaluation

Cross-Functional Collaboration (20%)

  • Work with marketing, brand, paid media, segmentation, and analytics teams to align messaging strategies with larger business goals

  • Provide strategic recommendations that support channel expansion, personalization, and multi-channel alignment

  • Ensure messaging supports coordinated campaign efforts and consistent customer experiences

Measurement, Reporting & Insights (15%)

  • Monitor key channel KPIs, including deliverability, CTR, opt-outs, conversions, and growth metrics

  • Build dashboards, reports, and insights that guide decisions and improve channel performance

  • Translate findings into actionable next steps for marketing, Martech, and partner teams

Compliance, Governance & Best Practices (5%)

  • Ensure all messaging programs comply with TCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and partner-specific regulations

  • Maintain documentation, platform guidelines, and channel best practices to support organizational enablement

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, messaging programs, CRM, or lifecycle engagement

  • Experience running or supporting SMS or WhatsApp channels strongly preferred

  • Travel/Hospitality or Membership experience is a plus

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience interpreting digital performance data

  • Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with cross-functional partners

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple workstreams

  • Comfortable working in a matrixed environment with interdependent teams

  • Knowledge of compliance standards related to SMS and WhatsApp (TCPA, opt-in requirements, etc.)

  • Strong understanding of customer engagement, lifecycle marketing, and message personalization

  • Experience working with SMS/WhatsApp platforms (Attentive, Klaviyo, Twilio, or similar)

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, martech stacks, and customer data frameworks

  • Ability to analyze and interpret performance data using tools such as Looker, Tableau, GA, or similar

  • Basic understanding of data structures, tagging, deliverability concepts, and audience segmentation
