Position Summary 

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead Sy-Klone's digital product marketing B2B efforts, serving as the primary owner of the Company's website, email marketing, social media, e-commerce, and search engine optimization initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and executing digital strategies that increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, generate qualified leads, and support overall business growth. The Digital Marketing Manager will ensure all digital channels operate as an integrated system, building product awareness, delivering consistent messaging, generating measurable results, and creating an exceptional customer experience across every digital touchpoints.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own and manage Sy-Klone's digital marketing ecosystem, including website content, ecommerce platform, email marketing, social media platforms, and digital campaign execution.
  • Manage and maintain the Company's WordPress website, ensuring content remains accurate, current, optimized, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Develop and manage landing pages that support marketing campaigns, lead generation efforts, and conversion objectives.
  • Lead search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives, including keyword research, content optimization, technical improvements, and performance monitoring.
  • Own and manage the HubSpot platform, including audience segmentation, email campaign development, automation workflows, lead nurturing, and performance analysis.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, including content planning, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking through Hootsuite or similar platforms.
  • Coordinate messaging and campaign execution across website, email, social media, and other digital channels to ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance, including website traffic, lead generation, email engagement, SEO performance, and social media effectiveness.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and subject matter experts to develop compelling digital content and marketing campaigns.
  • Stay informed of digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, platform updates, and industry best practices, recommending opportunities for improvement.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B digital product marketing, demand generation, content marketing, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing WordPress or similar content management systems.
  • Experience developing and executing SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and performance analysis.
  • Experience managing HubSpot or similar marketing automation and email marketing platforms.
  • Experience building and managing social media programs using Hootsuite or comparable social media management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital marketing reporting tools.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create and edit content across web, email, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to think strategically about customer journeys, lead generation, and integrated digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, B2B, or technical product environments preferred.
  • Experience in high-growth or small-company environments strongly preferred.
