Job description

Assistant Digital Print Operator

We are seeking an Assistant Digital Print Operator to join a production team in Fremont, OH. This position supports digital print operations involved in decorating aluminum beverage cans and assists with maintaining production flow, quality standards, and equipment operation.

This is a hands-on manufacturing role ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude, production experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Lead Digital Print Operator with daily production activities
  • Monitor product quality to ensure standards are met
  • Inspect printed cans and identify quality issues
  • Monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot conveyor and production equipment
  • Perform basic mechanical repairs and maintenance as needed
  • Operate forklifts to move materials throughout production
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Support production needs and assist in other areas when required

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of manufacturing, production, or related experience preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability required
  • Forklift experience preferred (certification is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Flexible and willing to learn multiple responsibilities
