About The Job

OneMain is an innovative, digital focused company who is transforming the way our customers think about and use financial products. We use a customer-first approach to develop incredible features and experiences that empower our customers, and our product team is at the center of it all. As a product leader at OneMain, you and the rest of your product team are responsible for improving the financial well-being of our customers while ensuring the health of our business. You'll do this with a combination of instinct, analytics, empathy, influence, and personal drive to lead your team to build and ship creative solutions to tough problems. Removing these barriers while delivering on our business objectives is core to what our product team does.

An ideal member of the product leadership team has a proven track record of delivering incredible customer experiences and results at scale. You have a strong bias for action, and you'll do whatever it takes to get it done. You are a strategic thinker who can see over the distant horizon, but also jump right into the mix and own the execution details. You are passionate about solving customer problems and driven to deliver outcomes that help our customers improve their financial lives and our business reach our goals. You can balance the art and science of product management, mixing strong data-driven focus with product intuition to challenge the boundaries of what a great product experience can do.

As a senior product leader, you'll shape the future of our Collections ecosystem-designing customercentric journeys, elevating digital engagement, and enabling our teams with nextgeneration tools. You'll combine strategic vision, analytics, empathy, and execution excellence to deliver industryleading experiences at scale. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in fastpaced environments, thinks big, and executes with precision.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the endtoend product strategy for digital Collections across preCollections, active Collections, and Recoveries.

  • Design seamless, omnichannel customer experiences that reduce friction, increase engagement, and help customers regain financial stability.

  • Partner with UX, Engineering, Operations, and Collections Strategy to build programs and journeys that enable customers-and the team members who support them.

  • Drive development of GenAIpowered tools that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of thousands of branch and callcenter staff.

  • Leverage data, experimentation, and customer insights to guide prioritization, inform hypotheses, and measure impact.

  • Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and strategic decisions clearly to leadership and crossfunctional partners.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a highperforming team of product managers committed to excellence and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years managing digital consumer products, including 4+ years in a product leadership role.

  • Proven success launching and scaling new products or features in highgrowth or highscale environments.

  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to simplify complexity and influence across teams.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to align, motivate, and drive clarity.

  • Demonstrated analytical problemsolving skills and experience applying data to guide decisions.

  • Handson experience across the product development lifecycle, from discovery through deployment.

  • Customerobsessed mindset with ownership, accountability, and a drive to deliver meaningful outcomes.

  • Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred:

  • Experience in financial services, credit, servicing, or regulated environments.

  • Background working with Collections or lossmitigation products.

  • Experience developing AI/automation tools for operational teams.

Location:

This role is Hybrid. You should be located within a commutable distance to one of our offices located in New York City, NY, Wilmington, DE, Baltimore, MD, Charlotte, NC, Fort Worth, TX or Irving, TX with expectations of being in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
