Job description

We're seeking a Digital Product Owner to execute our digital product roadmap by configuring digital platforms, coordinating third-party tech partners, and leading implementation across our mobile app, website, account registration, rewards portal, digital AI concierge, interactive maps, and other connected platforms.


Key Details

  • Location: Onsite in Anaheim, CA - 5 days per week
  • Compensation: Starting at $75/hr (W2) + benefits


The ideal candidate is a hands-on, execution-focused leader who can quickly grasp a complex digital ecosystem, manage cross-platform dependencies, and turn business requirements into high-quality digital experiences.


Responsibilities

  • Configure and optimize our digital platforms — including identity, loyalty, concierge, CMS, and interactive maps — maintaining business rules, customer journeys, content, and platform settings across integrated systems
  • Execute the digital product roadmap, coordinating features from requirements through deployment and ongoing support
  • Coordinate implementation and integration across technology partners, ensuring configurations, testing, and deployments succeed
  • Manage cross-platform configuration changes and integration dependencies, coordinating integration testing, UAT, and release readiness to validate end-to-end guest journeys spanning multiple platforms and vendors
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure new capabilities are operationally ready (documentation, training, support, monitoring)
  • Translate business requirements into user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans
  • Monitor product performance metrics and recommend improvements based on analytics and feedback
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Operations, Technology, Data) and with external partners to prioritize features and drive execution
  • Manage day-to-day vendor and implementation partner relationships, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and issue resolution stay on track
  • Partner with Marketing/Comms on go-to-market planning, feature launches, and user education
  • Identify risks and blockers proactively and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility, privacy, and security standards


Qualifications


  • 5+ years in Digital Product Ownership, SaaS Platform Implementation, Business Analysis, or Digital Delivery
  • Strong technical aptitude across APIs, SaaS platforms, CMS, identity, integrations, and enterprise digital ecosystems
  • Strong organizational/project coordination skills across multiple vendors, workstreams, and stakeholders
  • Experience translating business requirements into backlog items, workflows, and user stories
  • Working knowledge of UX/UI principles, web design, and accessibility (ADA/WCAG)
  • Experience coordinating implementation partners, tech vendors, and SaaS providers
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable using analytics to monitor performance and recommend improvements
  • Experience supporting go-to-market activities with Marketing/Comms
  • Customer-obsessed attitude with a passion for seamless digital experiences
  • Bonus: experience with enterprise SaaS platforms like Salesforce, CMS, identity providers, or loyalty solutions
