Job Description

Duetti is looking for a DSP & Partner Marketing Intern to support our growing Partnerships team across streaming, music marketing, and platform strategy. This role offers hands-on exposure to how music is marketed and discovered across Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, TikTok, and other digital platforms.

You will work directly with Duetti's DSP & Partner Marketing Lead on editorial pitching, artist marketing support, platform research, cultural trend analysis, and partner initiatives tied to streaming growth and visibility.

This is an ideal role for someone who is deeply immersed in music culture, naturally curious about how the music industry works behind the scenes, and excited to contribute ideas in a fast-moving environment. The right candidate is highly proactive, resourceful, internet-savvy, and eager to experiment with new tools and workflows.

You Will:
  • Assist in preparing DSP editorial pitches, artist summaries, and partner-facing materials

  • Track streaming performance, playlist placements, and momentum across major platforms

  • Research emerging artists, music trends, cultural moments, and platform opportunities

  • Support partner initiatives, campaigns, events, and creative marketing activations

  • Help organize and maintain internal trackers, campaign documents, and reporting materials

  • Compile insights from streaming data, short form platforms, fan communities, and audience behavior

  • Experiment with AI tools, research workflows, and operational systems to improve team efficiency

  • Assist with artist, partner, and industry-facing coordination across various projects

  • Contribute creative ideas around music marketing, discovery, and audience engagement

Requirements:
  • Deep passion for music, artist discovery, and internet culture

  • Strong familiarity with Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, TikTok, and digital music ecosystems

  • Naturally curious, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative

We're seeking candidates based in Los Angeles who can commit to a minimum of three days per week, with availability Monday through Friday and in-office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. The position pays $17 per hour.
