We are seeking a music aficionado Digital Operations Manager for our Global Digital Music Operations team. In this digital supply chain role, you will have the opportunity to manage high volume, high value catalog for our global services

A key part of this role will be overseeing catalog ingestion via the global digital supply chain, as well as interacting with external content providers and internal partners. You will provide primary operational and technical support to external vendors, distributors and aggregators participating in Amazon's digital offerings, ultimately responsible for making sure our offering is complete, timely and available for our customers around the world. You may participate in operational planning and process improvement via automation, working with various external operations teams and internal stakeholders to deliver against operational objectives.
Key job responsibilities
Provide primary operational and/or technical support to external music vendors, distributors and aggregators

Manage all aspects of the client operational relationship, representing the company while also partnering with internal cross-functional teams to drive implementation and execution of objectives.
Protect and enhance revenue by ensuring the seamless flow of catalog to Amazon Music globally, monitoring and maintaining high operational standards, and working with partners to improve performance
Understands and correctly applies a wide variety of software and internal tools to manage digital assets, troubleshoots issues and resolve failures acting as a subject matter expert from content receipt all the way to consumption by our global customers.
Establish and meet operational goals, plan related metrics, track and socialize progress to Sr.

Leadership
Work cross functionally with product management, engineering, frontend client teams, operations and program teams to document and define initiatives and drive them through execution.
Act as a thought leader in defining success criteria and understanding business needs of partner teams in an ever-changing business environment.
Make recommendations that balance short team needs against the long-term business benefit.
Balance competing and conflicting priorities across teams and escalate effectively when needed to advocate for the needs of the organization or customers, even if it may seem uncomfortable.

The Digital Music Operation team is responsible for ingestion and management of content for all Amazon's digital music services around the globe. Our goal is to build a compelling music catalog, using technologies and processes that create distinctive products for our customers. We want to help our customers discover up-and-coming artists, while also having access to their favorite established musicians
