We are in search of a talented of a talented Media Operations Director who will have a strong client service approach to partner with our internal and external teams.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

  • Define and manage buying strategy for Conexo, TelevisaUnivision's audience extension platform
  • Project manage outcome-based campaigns, including selection of the platforms and strategy for onboarding and support
  • Assist in training AI agents to support streamlining internal workflows
  • Support solution selling initiatives across the Digital Sales organization including Agency, Client Direct and Programmatic teams
  • Help manage organizational roll out of new products and platforms across the sales operations teams
  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and platform partners to drive alignment, remove friction, and accelerate delivery across key initiatives
  • Direct the development of strategic project plans, communication frameworks, and governance processes to ensure transparency and execution across multiple workstreams
  • Collaborate with Yield Management and Programmatic teams to maximize monetization across direct-sold and automated demand channels
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, vendors, and operational enhancements to improve scalability and performance
  • Work directly with the SVP of Data and Advertising Operations supporting various initiatives and projects

YOU HAVE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent experience required
  • 8+ years of experience in digital video media operations (Ad Operations, Sales Operations, Product Operations)
  • 3+ years of experience working in Programmatic media operations
  • Experience motivating and leading a team of individual contributors
  • Experience working directly with Advertising Sales and Operations team
  • Experience working with the following platforms within the TelevisaUnivision ad stack including, Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, Permutive DMP, AdsWizz, Various SSPs and DSPs.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to work any state where TelevisaUnivision has a business location (including FL, NY, NJ, GA, NC, TX) and must be willing to visit a local TelevisaUnivision office upon request
  • Employment/education will be verified
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location: Base annual salary:$120-130K + Bonus
