Overview
The Digital Media Manager - PPC is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across digital platforms for Landry's, Inc. This role manages campaign strategy, budgeting, keyword development, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization to drive traffic, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other digital channels.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad creation, bid management, and campaign optimization.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to achieve ROAS, CPA, CPC, and conversion goals.
  • Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve search visibility, traffic, and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage campaign budgets, landing page optimization, ad testing, and reporting.
  • Prepare performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for management.
  • Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools to evaluate and improve campaign performance.
  • Stay current on PPC trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of PPC, SEM, or digital advertising experience.
  • Google Ads Certification required; Microsoft Ads Certification preferred.
