COVE Animal Health is a growing network of veterinary hospitals built around high-quality medicine, strong hospital leadership, and a commitment to doing right by our teams and clients. As we continue to expand across primary care, urgent care, specialty, and emergency services, we're investing in scalable, data-driven marketing that directly supports hospital growth and performance.
This role is a key part of that investment.
We're seeking a strategic, analytical, and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to drive enterprise-level growth through performance-focused digital marketing across the COVE Animal Health network. This role owns the strategy, execution, optimization, and measurement of digital channels, with a strong focus on paid search, paid social, analytics, attribution, and conversion optimization.
You'll partner closely with marketing leadership, regional teams, and operations leaders to turn business priorities into measurable digital programs that drive new client acquisition, referral engagement, and service-line growth.
Success in this role is measured by efficiency, pipeline contribution, conversion performance, and visibility into how digital marketing impacts revenue.
What You'll Do
Digital Strategy & Demand Generation
  • Develop and execute enterprise digital marketing strategies aligned with regional and service-line growth goals
  • Apply demand generation principles to capture high-intent audiences and convert interest into measurable business growth
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and guide channel strategy
  • Partner with marketing leadership and operations teams to translate business objectives into actionable digital marketing plans

Channel Ownership & Campaign Execution
  • Own paid search and paid social strategy, including campaign structure, optimization, testing, and scaling
  • Oversee integrated digital programs across paid media, web experiences, and lifecycle touchpoints
  • Optimize landing pages and conversion pathways to improve lead quality, booked appointments, and acquisition efficiency
  • Support new hospital openings, service-line launches, and referral growth initiatives through digital activation
  • Evaluate and test emerging channels, platforms, and tactics to stay ahead of market trends

Analytics, Attribution & Reporting
  • Own enterprise digital measurement and attribution across phone, form, QR, and booking conversions
  • Build and maintain dashboards that connect digital performance to pipeline, revenue, and operational outcomes
  • Manage call tracking strategy, including CallRail setup, attribution modeling, and CRM integration
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations
  • Ensure consistency in tracking, KPIs, and reporting across regions and campaigns

Budget Management
  • Execute and optimize digital spend within an approved enterprise budget
  • Monitor pacing, performance, and channel efficiency across multiple regions and service lines
  • Surface risks, opportunities, and strategic insights to support future budget planning

Brand & Execution Standards
  • Ensure all digital marketing aligns with enterprise and regional brand standards
  • Partner with creative and leadership teams to ensure campaigns are effective, human, and on-brand
  • Maintain high standards of execution across all digital marketing initiatives

What We're Looking For
  • 5-7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with deep expertise in paid search and paid social
  • Experience managing large, multi-region digital marketing programs with established budgets
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, including:
    • Google Ads
    • Meta Ads Manager
    • GA4
    • CallRail
    • HubSpot CRM
  • Strong understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and marketing analytics
  • Ability to clearly connect marketing performance to pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Experience in healthcare, veterinary medicine, or multi-location service organizations preferred
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
