Is AI replacing web devs?

AI tools are increasingly automating certain tasks in web development, such as coding, testing, and content generation, but they do not fully replace web developers. Digital marketing web developers from home still need skills in design, user experience, and strategic planning to create effective websites and campaigns. AI serves as a complement to human expertise rather than a complete substitute.

What is the difference between Digital Marketing Web Developer From Home vs Digital Marketing Specialist From Home?

AspectDigital Marketing Web Developer From HomeDigital Marketing Specialist From Home

Understanding these differences helps job seekers target the right opportunities in the digital marketing industry.

Will AI replace digital marketers?

AI tools are increasingly automating tasks in digital marketing, such as data analysis, content generation, and campaign optimization. However, digital marketing web developers from home and other professionals still rely on strategic thinking, creativity, and human judgment, which AI cannot fully replicate. AI is more likely to augment rather than replace digital marketers in the foreseeable future.

Can you work from home doing digital marketing?

Digital marketing web developers can often work from home, as their tasks primarily involve online tools, website management, and digital campaigns. Remote work requires strong communication skills, familiarity with marketing platforms, and self-discipline to meet deadlines.

Who earns more, digital marketing or web developer?

Digital marketing roles and web developer positions can have similar salary ranges, but web developers often earn slightly more on average, especially those with specialized skills like front-end or back-end development. Salaries depend on experience, location, and certifications, with web developers typically requiring coding skills and digital marketers focusing on campaigns and analytics.

Job description

Job Description
ACDI is a rapidly growing Professional Services Company that sells and supports dynamic print management, capture, electric vehicle charging, and cost-recovery solutions to streamline office technology and the document lifecycle in a distributor-reseller environment. We have channel distribution and development partnerships with many of the largest copier and printer manufacturers worldwide, including Samsung, Xerox, Sharp, Canon, Ricoh, Konica-Minolta, Toshiba, Lexmark, and others. From hardware payment solutions, proximity card readers, and EV charging stations to digital workflow automation, fleet management, and analytics software, ACDI's extensive portfolio pairs seamlessly with its industry-leading project coordination, installation, marketing, and sales expertise.
As we continually seek to develop progressive new solutions for our partners, we look to hire only the best and brightest. Hard work, commitment, and relationships have propelled ACDI to the status of the most respected partner in the dealer channel. If you covet an opportunity to be a part of a company with no limits, then we may be looking for someone like you!
DIGITAL MARKETING & WEB COORDINATOR @ ACDI:
ACDI is looking for a detail-oriented and growth-minded Digital Marketing & Web Coordinator to support our website, reseller portal, internal intranet, and digital marketing platforms.
This is a marketing-focused role, not a back-end development position. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with websites, content, digital tools, and data and is excited to grow their skills in digital marketing, marketing technology, user experience, SEO, and AI-assisted workflows.
The Digital Marketing & Web Coordinator will help keep ACDI's digital presence organized, accurate, current, and easy to use. This person will work closely with the marketing team, internal departments, and external partners to publish content, support campaigns, manage online resources, test digital experiences, and identify opportunities for improvement.
ACDI'S DIGITAL MARKETING & WEB COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Digital Marketing & Web Coordinator has several duties and responsibilities associated with building, optimizing, and maintaining ACDI's digital presence, including but not limited to:
Website & Digital Content Management:
  • Maintain and update content across ACDI's website, reseller portal, and internal intranet
  • Create and update landing pages, product pages, event pages, resource pages, forms, and calls to action
  • Publish blogs, product updates, gated content, and campaign materials
  • Review pages regularly for accuracy, outdated information, broken links, formatting issues, and missing assets
  • Help ensure digital content is clear, organized, brand-compliant, and easy to navigate
  • Support website redesign and improvement projects alongside external agencies, vendors, and internal teams
Digital Campaign Support
  • Support digital marketing campaigns by confirming that landing pages, links, forms, downloads, and calls to action work correctly
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to publish campaign materials and trackable digital resources
  • Test pages, forms, workflows, and digital tools before they go live
  • Help identify and resolve basic website and campaign issues
  • Assist with gated-content workflows and lead-capture processes

Reseller Portal, Resource Hub, and Intranet Support
  • Organize partner-facing collateral, product materials, training resources, videos, one-pagers, presentations, and case studies
  • Maintain clear folder structures, categories, tags, naming conventions, and version control
  • Remove outdated materials and replace them with current versions
  • Help improve the structure and usability of ACDI's reseller portal and internal intranet
  • Work with internal teams to gather content, images, documents, and updates for digital platforms
  • Help ensure employees and reseller partners can find the resources they need quickly and easily

SEO, Analytics, and Reporting
  • Assist with basic website and digital campaign reporting
  • Monitor website traffic, page performance, form submissions, resource downloads, and campaign activity
  • Support basic on-page SEO updates, including page titles, headings, meta descriptions, keywords, and internal links
  • Use data to identify popular resources, outdated pages, and opportunities to improve the digital experience
  • Help maintain accurate tracking and reporting across campaigns and digital platforms
  • Share regular insights and recommendations with the marketing team
Marketing Technology and AI Tools
  • Learn and use tools such as WordPress, HubSpot, Zoho, Google Analytics, Search Console, Canva, and other marketing platforms
  • Explore practical uses of AI tools to improve content updates, reporting, organization, and marketing workflows
  • Help document repeatable processes for website updates, campaign launches, and resource management
  • Stay curious about new tools and bring forward ideas that can improve efficiency and the user experience
Collaboration and Project Coordination
  • Work with internal teams to gather information and coordinate digital updates
  • Support communication with external web agencies, vendors, and contractors
  • Manage multiple small projects, updates, and deadlines at the same time
  • Ask questions, communicate progress, and follow through on assigned tasks
  • Bring fresh ideas for improving the digital experience for partners, customers, and employees

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, digital media, or a related field preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Entry-level to 3 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Internship, academic, freelance, or project-based experience may be considered
  • Strong written communication and editing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable learning new software, platforms, and digital tools
  • Interest in websites, digital marketing, content management, user experience, analytics, SEO, or marketing technology
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to ask questions, learn quickly, and apply feedback
HELPFUL, BUT NOT REQUIRED
  • Experience with WordPress or another content management system
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Zoho, Google Analytics, Search Console, or Canva
  • Experience updating website pages, landing pages, or online forms
  • Basic knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS
  • Experience organizing digital assets or online resources
  • Interest in AI tools and how they can support marketing workflows
  • B2B marketing experience
  • Experience working with reseller, partner, or customer portals
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Understand and support ACDI's marketing strategy and business goals
  • Maintain ACDI branding standards across digital platforms
  • Follow ACDI policies and procedures
  • Promote a positive organizational culture aligned with ACDI's mission and values

WORK ENVIRONMENT
