Job description

Job Title: Digital Marketing Sales Consultant

Location: Chicago, IL-Hybrid/Remote

If you've ever sold digital marketing to a small business owner and actually enjoyed it — this is the role you've been waiting for.

About Us:

Predictive Sales AI builds AI-powered websites and digital marketing tools specifically for home services contractors — HVAC companies, plumbers, roofers, landscapers. We help them show up online, generate more leads, and grow their business. Our clients are owner-operators who work hard and need a marketing partner they can trust. That's where you come in.

The Role:

As a Digital Marketing Sales Consultant you'll be selling PSAI's websites, SEO, PPC, and Google Ads services to home services business owners across South Florida and beyond. This is a consultative sale — you're not order-taking, you're helping contractors understand why their current marketing isn't working and showing them a better path.

You'll manage your own pipeline, run discovery calls, present proposals, and close deals. The sales cycle is typically 2–4 weeks. Most of your buyers are skeptical at first — they've been burned by marketing agencies before. Your job is to earn their trust fast and back it up with results.

What You'll Do:
  • Prospect and develop your own pipeline through outreach, referrals, and warm leads from our marketing team
  • Run discovery calls to understand a contractor's current marketing, pain points, and growth goals
  • Present PSAI's digital marketing solutions — websites, SEO, PPC, Google Ads — and tailor proposals to each client's situation
  • Handle objections from skeptical business owners who have been burned by agencies before
  • Close deals and hand off to the client success team for onboarding
  • Hit monthly revenue targets and maintain accurate pipeline records in CRM
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends so you can speak credibly to clients about what actually works
What We're Looking For: Required:
  • 1–5 years of sales experience — digital marketing, SaaS, lead gen, or related field
  • Comfortable selling to small business owners — you understand how they think and what they care about
  • Strong phone and video presence — most of your outreach and demos will be remote
  • Self-starter who can manage your own pipeline without being micromanaged
  • Genuine interest in digital marketing — you don't need to be a technical expert but you need to care about the product
  • Based in or commutable to Boca Raton, FL for hybrid work schedule
Bonus Points:
  • Experience selling to home services contractors (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, landscaping)
  • Background selling SEO, PPC, Google Ads, or website services
  • Sold for a digital agency, lead gen platform (Angi, HomeAdvisor), or local marketing company
  • Familiar with contractor objections — ROI conversations, skepticism of digital marketing, long decision cycles
Who Success Here:

The reps who thrive at PSAI are hunters. They're comfortable picking up the phone, handling a tough objection, and following up until they get a yes or a no. They're also genuine — contractor owners can smell a pitch from a mile away, and the best reps here build trust quickly by being real.

  • You're a closer — you know how to create urgency without being pushy
  • You're resilient — rejection doesn't derail you, it refocuses you
  • You're curious — you ask good questions and actually listen to the answers
  • You're coachable — you want feedback and use it to get better
  • You're hungry — you're motivated by commission and want to control your own earnings
Why PSAI?
  • You're selling something that works. Our clients see real results — more calls, more leads, more booked jobs. That makes every sales conversation easier.
  • The market is massive. There are hundreds of thousands of home services contractors in the US and most of them have terrible marketing. The opportunity is enormous.
  • You control your earnings. Competitive base plus uncapped commission. The more you close, the more you make.
  • You're hybrid. Work from home most of the time with regular check-ins at our Boca Raton office. No five-day commute.
  • You'll grow. We're a growing company — reps who perform get more responsibility, better accounts, and a real career path.
