St. Joseph's Health is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to help manage multi-channel digital marketing programs and initiatives to help drive growth for St. Joseph's Health. The Digital Marketing Manager will provide strategic thinking and operational support for a variety of digital marketing activities, including social media, email, SEO, business listings management, and website development. This role ensures that "digital first" thinking is incorporated at every step of the marketing planning process. The successful candidate will be analytical and data-driven, utilizing analytics to drive digital decision-making and create effective and engaging content.

St. Joseph's University Medical Center is an academic tertiary care medical center and state designated trauma center, located on the Paterson campus, regularly accepts referrals of difficult or unusual cases from other hospitals and physicians and performs both complex and routine procedures.

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 10+ years digital marketing experience, including content development and social media management 
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communications skills with a proven track record of success
  • Knowledge of SEO practices and techniques
  • Familiarity with email marketing and CRM platforms 
  • Experience with website development and use of website CMS tools such as Wordpress
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to sift through significant amounts of complex data to isolate what matters and hone-in on opportunities to deliver impactful updates and optimization
  • Previous healthcare industry experience a plus
  • Strong project management skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects with competing priorities. Ability to execute within tight deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy
