Digital Marketing Intern

We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Intern to support our marketing team with hands-on experience across multiple channels. This role offers exposure to content creation, social media, email marketing, analytics, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how to drive engagement and measurable results in a fast-paced environment. This internship will start May 2027.

Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. The company does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, TN, etc.) for this employment position.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels (social media, email, SEO, PPC, content marketing).

  • Create and publish content for blogs, social media calendars, newsletters, and landing pages that aligns with brand voice and goals.

  • Monitor, measure, and report on key metrics (engagement, reach, website traffic, email open/click rates, conversion rates) using tools such as Google Analytics, social platform insights, and email dashboards.

  • Support basic SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content audits.

  • Assist with website updates and landing page creation using the CMS (e.g., WordPress or similar platforms).

  • Help design and test digital ads and creatives; support A/B testing for subject lines, headlines, and calls to action.

  • Manage social media scheduling, respond to comments, engage with followers, and monitor trends.

  • Support influencer/partner campaigns, outreach, and coordination as needed.

  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to produce assets and campaigns.

  • Maintain the content calendar and prepare simple performance reports for the team.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (social media, email marketing, SEO, content marketing, analytics).

  • Proficiency with common software (MS Office / Google Workspace) and willingness to learn new tools.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok) and basic analytics is a plus.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to follow brand guidelines and adapt to feedback.

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or other analytics dashboards.

  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar).

  • Familiarity with basic graphic design or video tools (Adobe Express, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.).

  • Basic knowledge of SEO concepts and keyword research.

  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
