Job description

Description:

For the marketer who's also a designer. Or the designer who's also a marketer.

About The Collective: Ellenhorn has been treating the most difficult-to-engage psychiatric clients in the community for twenty years. Accord is pioneering metabolic approaches to mental health. Silver Hill New York is integrating technology into care that informs treatment. We're bringing them together under shared infrastructure and building the marketing team to meet the needs of the growing group.

Position Summary: As our Creative and Digital Marketing Manager, you are the owner of how the Collective and its programs show up in the world. You'll work across multiple programs, each with its own clinical model, audience, and brand identity, translating their expertise into content that drives measurable impact across two distinct performance funnels.

The first is admissions-driven: moving prospective clients and their referral networks from initial awareness through to a call to admissions. Success here means building the kind of recognition that makes a psychiatrist, therapist, or discharge planner think to call us the moment the right client is sitting across from them.

The second is event and education-driven: moving clinical professionals from awareness through to paid registration for conferences, trainings, and webinars. Success here means positioning the Collective as a go-to source of continuing education and clinical thought leadership in the behavioral health space.

Here’s some of the work you’ll lead:

Design & Visual Production

  • Work from brand guidelines across multiple programs to produce collateral that is distinctive, on-brand, and appropriately flexible: event flyers, conference signage, brochures, social assets, and digital ads.
  • Design and build landing pages with strong UX/UI thinking, translating event and program goals into pages that convert into admissions calls and ticket sales.
  • Create email campaigns from the ground up: architecture, design, copy, and audience segmentation, with as much attention to layout and hierarchy as to words.
  • Produce visual content that makes clinical research and client stories come alive as a core part of how this organization communicates.

Digital Marketing & Channel Management

  • Social media strategy and execution across programs, developing content calendars, writing copy, and producing assets tailored to each audience and platform (graphic and video).
  • Google Ads campaigns for conferences and events, from setup through optimization, with a focus on qualified attendance.
  • Build and maintain websites with SEO in mind: editorial planning, keyword-informed copy, publishing, and ongoing optimization within existing templates.
  • Run A/B tests on email campaigns, analyze performance data, and apply findings. Content and design decisions are grounded in audience profiles, not assumptions.

Systems Building & Collaboration

  • Build the workflows, templates, and processes that make high-quality production repeatable across multiple programs and campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing, Event Producer, and clinical program leaders to ensure digital execution is aligned with organizational goals.
  • Work with contracted creative partners on higher-stakes brand projects, maintaining clear handoffs and creative continuity.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk, sit, use hands to type, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, bend, walk up and down stairs, talk, hear, and see. Employee must be able to occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds.
  • Work Environment: Majority of work is performed in an office setting.

Benefits:

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, 401(k) matching, PTO, life insurance, and Flexible Spending Accounts.

Requirements:
  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or related roles
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills
  • Experience managing social media, email campaigns, and websites in a professional services or healthcare-adjacent context
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization
  • Proficiency with tools such as Mailchimp, CRM platforms, and basic adobe design software
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple timelines
  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working within defined scopes and processes
