Position Overview
A well-established organization in the construction and development industry is seeking a data-driven and creative Digital & Communications Marketing Manager to elevate brand presence and support continued business growth. This individual will lead digital marketing initiatives, public relations efforts, and internal and external communications strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience developing integrated marketing campaigns, driving lead generation, and building brand awareness within a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead digital marketing campaigns across web, SEO, paid media, email marketing, and social media channels to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads
• Manage digital advertising initiatives, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other online platforms, while optimizing campaign performance and ROI
• Track and report on key marketing metrics and website analytics to inform data-driven decision-making
• Oversee website management, content updates, user experience, and search engine optimization efforts
• Support the development of proposals, presentations, customer communications, press releases, newsletters, award submissions, and case studies
• Develop and execute public relations strategies that enhance market visibility and strengthen industry presence
• Coordinate the collection of project photography, video content, and marketing assets
• Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms, marketing materials, and external communications
• Utilize CRM and marketing automation platforms to track leads, customer engagement, and marketing activities
• Represent the organization at industry events, networking opportunities, and community functions as needed

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within construction, AEC, manufacturing, commercial real estate, or related industries
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, paid media, social media, and content development
• Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, CMS platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to marketing
