Position Intro

Reporting to Capcom USA’s Associate Director of Marketing Strategy, the Digital Marketing Manager will help develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies across Capcom’s portfolio of world-class games. This role is responsible for driving performance across both launch campaigns and ongoing commercial initiatives by partnering closely with internal marketing teams and external agency partners.

The successful candidate will manage paid media and email marketing agencies to deliver best-in-class campaign execution across channels including CTV, paid social, search, email, gaming and endemic media, and emerging digital platforms. As a key subject matter expert in digital marketing, they will collaborate with brand managers and cross-functional stakeholders to develop audience-first strategies that maximize awareness, consideration, and conversion throughout the customer journey.

In addition to supporting major game launches, this role will lead performance-driven campaigns that drive revenue and support key promotional and catalog sales initiatives throughout the year. We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented marketer who combines strong analytical thinking with a deep understanding of the gaming landscape, leveraging data, insights, and continuous optimization to deliver impactful business outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy & Execution

  • Own the strategy, planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of full-funnel paid media campaigns across channels including paid social, search, CTV, gaming media, and emerging digital platforms.
  • Partner with Brand Managers and key stakeholders to develop GTM strategies, media plans, budget recommendations, and measurement frameworks that support product launches, live service initiatives, catalog promotions, and commercial objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze audience, channel, and market data to deliver actionable insights and optimization recommendations that improve campaign efficiency, marketing effectiveness, return on ad spend, and overall business impact.

Email Marketing & CRM

  • Own the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns in partnership with Brand Managers to drive awareness, engagement, retention, conversion, and revenue across new releases and catalog titles.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to develop audience segmentation, messaging strategies, testing plans, and performance measurement approaches that maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer engagement metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.

Digital Marketing Leadership & Agency Management

  • Serve as Capcom's digital marketing subject matter expert by identifying emerging platforms, consumer trends, technologies, and industry best practices, and translating insights into strategic recommendations and opportunities for the business.
  • Lead relationships with media buying and email marketing agencies, providing strategic direction, managing campaign execution, evaluating performance, and ensuring alignment with business goals and marketing priorities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Community, Creative Services, Analytics, and external partners to support integrated campaign planning and execution.

Required Experience

  • Approximately 6+ years of experience in a field related to Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, or similar Marketing functions
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field of study
  • Track record of high job performance through consistent growth and execution of meaningful projects in fields related to marketing, analytics, gaming, or similar
  • Must be a pro-active team player that is detail oriented, self-motivated and time efficient
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (oral and written)
  • Experience with and proficient use of the basics of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc.), PowerPoint and other necessary digital tools
  • [Preferred] Experience using Gamesight to track full funnel attribution for digital marketing campaigns.

Salary Range

$125,000 - $130,000 *Compensation for this position will be determined based on relevant factors including, but not limited to, job knowledge, experience and qualification.
