Description
The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in driving growth for the ASUS brand across Consumer PC, Commercial PC, Gaming PC, and Desktop categories in the U.S. market. This position is responsible for executing and optimizing paid media campaigns, managing ASUS owned digital properties (excluding social platforms), supporting SEO initiatives, and leading the ASUS U.S. affiliate marketing program.
This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, ecommerce, channel, accounting, and creative teams to support product launches, promotions, and integrated marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, CRM and first-party data knowledge, and hands-on experience in digital media planning and performance marketing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
  • Drive growth of the ASUS Store eCommerce platform through paid and owned media planning, execution, and continuous optimization.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms including Google, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional initiatives through integrated digital media strategies.
  • Partner with consumer and commercial product teams, sales, and channel teams to support go-to-market campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
  • Leverage CRM and first-party data to execute B2C and B2B customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing programs, including segmentation and personalized targeting.
  • Own end-to-end management of the ASUS U.S. affiliate marketing program, including strategy development, execution, optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Develop affiliate promotions and seasonal campaigns in collaboration with product and ecommerce teams.
  • Support SEO initiatives, including on-page and off-page optimization strategies to improve search visibility and performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, website traffic, customer behavior, and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Analyze consumer trends, competitor activity, and product category insights; provide actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure marketing creative assets comply with partner funding requirements and guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the accounting team to manage and process vendor invoices.
  • Stay current on digital marketing, advertising, and ecommerce industry trends.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong understanding of brand marketing strategy and 360-degree marketing tactics.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and performance marketing.

Required Qualifications:
Years of Education
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.S. or B.A.) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Work Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or media planning.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced marketing environment, preferably within the PC, gaming, consumer electronics industry, or agency environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing paid media campaigns and affiliate marketing programs.
  • Proven ability to support cross-functional campaign execution and product launches.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the PC, gaming, or consumer electronics industry.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Experience working with ecommerce platforms and performance-driven campaigns.
  • Experience supporting field teams with campaign execution and events.

Working Conditions:
  • Hybrid work environment (3 days onsite / 2 days remote).
  • Requires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment for extended periods of time.
  • Occasional domestic travel may be required (approximately 5-10%).

$75,000 - $95,000 annually is the estimated pay range for this role working in Fremont, California office. The final amount will be determined based on qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role.
