Responsibilities
What Will I Do?
  • Strategic Campaign Development:
  • Design and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across channels including Google Ads, Bing, Meta and programmatic platforms.
  • Identify target audiences, set campaign goals, and define key performance indicators (KPIs) in alignment with business objectives.
  • Campaign Management & Optimization:
  • Work with a portfolio of locations to provide intake of their goals and needs and deliver to agency responsible for execution
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including ad creation, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and performance tracking.
  • Utilize A/B testing and other methodologies to optimize ad creative, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
  • Monitor campaign performance in real time and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyze campaign data using tools like Adobe, marketing dashboards, and third-party reporting software.
  • Generate regular performance reports and insights for senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Make data-driven recommendations to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Mentor and manage a team of digital media specialists, ensuring ongoing professional development and high-quality campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, content, SEO, and product marketing to ensure cohesive campaign strategies.
  • Liaise with external partners and vendors to leverage additional expertise and tools.
  • Industry & Trend Monitoring:
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and evolving best practices.
  • Evaluate and integrate new digital tools and techniques to enhance campaign performance.
  • Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the paid media budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Conduct regular budget reviews to assess spend effectiveness and ROI.
