The manager will lead two team members, partner closely with the Field Team to support local and retail partner digital initiatives, and work with vendors and cross-functional teams to improve performance, execution, and use of digital marketing dollars on a period-by-period basis.

Responsibilities

  • Own Save A Lot’s digital representation across paid media, owned channels, social media, website/app experiences, local digital platforms, and other customer-facing digital touchpoints.
  • Lead, coach, and prioritize the work of two team members responsible for digital execution, platform support, content coordination, reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Manage the paid media calendar, ensuring campaign plans, budgets, flight dates, creative deliverables, targeting inputs, and reporting needs are coordinated and executed on time.
  • Partner with external vendors and agency partners to ensure digital content, media placements, and campaign updates are published accurately, on schedule, and in alignment with business priorities.

  • Maintain digital governance standards, including content accuracy, brand consistency, platform access processes, approval workflows, and quality assurance across digital touchpoints.
  • Identify opportunities to improve digital processes, reporting, content workflows, vendor accountability, and customer experience across Save A Lot’s digital ecosystem.
  • Stay informed on digital marketing trends, platform updates, paid media best practices, social media changes, and competitive activity to keep Save A Lot digitally relevant and effective.

About You

  • Solid understanding of paid media planning, digital content workflows, vendor management, campaign reporting, and digital customer experience.
  • Ability to interpret digital performance metrics and make practical recommendations related to campaign optimization, budget use, messaging, and channel mix.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to partner effectively with Field Teams, Retail Partners, vendors, agencies, and cross-functional internal teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple calendars, timelines, platforms, vendors, and requests at the same time.
  • Strategy development skills with the ability to connect short-term execution to long-term brand, media, customer engagement, and business objectives.
