We’re looking for a customer-focused Learning Architect to serve as a trusted advisor to our Premium Learning Subscription (PLS) Plus Private customers. In this role, you will work closely with customers to develop, guide, and optimize enablement programs that accelerate Adobe product adoption, implementation success, and measurable business outcomes. Strong cross‑functional partnership is a key aspect of this role. You will partner with Customer Success Managers, Consulting teams, Delivery Managers, and internal curriculum and delivery partners. Your goal is to keep learning programs coordinated, impactful, and aligned with Adobe’s broader customer success strategy.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Serve as a trusted learning advisor, helping customers build skills, increase adoption, and achieve business goals.
  • Align learning plans to customer priorities, roles, and implementation goals to improve value.
  • Assess learning needs, identify skill gaps, and recommend targeted learning solutions.
  • Design tailored learning strategies using training, certifications, workshops, and digital learning resources.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers and delivery teams to coordinate and deliver impactful learning programs.
  • Use engagement and learning data to recommend actions that improve adoption and customer outcomes.
  • Participate in customer reviews and planning discussions to share progress and identify new learning opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships that foster customer confidence, engagement, and long‑term success.
  • Share customer insights and feedback to help improve learning experiences and programs.
What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, education, learning, or an IT‑related field.
  • Ability to align learning strategies with customer objectives and business outcomes.
  • Strong relationship‑building, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working across teams and managing multiple programs and priorities simultaneously.
  • Confidence presenting and facilitating discussions in customer calls, business reviews, and internal partner meetings.
  • Account management experience and/or exposure to learning, education, or technology sales is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer engagements as needed.
