Job description

What success looks like in this role:

  • Own and administer our Marketing Insight and Intelligence tech stack (Data360, Intentsify, ZoomInfo, RingLead, and similar tools), ensuring each platform runs reliably and supports business needs.
  • Lead Salesforce Data Cloud administration - building and activating audiences, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous platform optimization.
  • Monitor and maintain marketing data quality across systems, identifying and resolving inconsistencies to keep platforms aligned and trustworthy.
  • Build reports and dashboards that translate campaign and business data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Partner with marketing teams to design, build, and activate targeted audiences that power campaigns and programs.
  • Manage intent data platforms and vendor relationships, fulfilling audience requests and ensuring reliable data delivery for campaign targeting.
  • Serve as the go-to expert on Salesforce Data Cloud, intent data platforms, and project management tools - fielding questions and resolving issues across teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and technology teams to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvements.
  • Support website tagging using Google Tag Manager, including building, configuring, and maintaining tags, triggers, and variables.
  • Contribute to the platform roadmap, recommending enhancements and upgrades that improve data capabilities and operational efficiency.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • BA/BS degree and 2-4 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-2 years' experience with Salesforce and experience with managing a CDP, Salesforce Data Cloud experience preferred
  • Google Tag Manager experience preferred
