Job description

We are hiring an Innovation Digital Product Managerย to lead discovery, ideation, and development of new digital products and services in the retirement space and beyond. This role will focus on identifying unmet needs among owners and affluent employees of small and medium-sized businesses, researching market trends, evaluating new technologies, and designing forward-thinking solutions.

This is a direct-hire position working onsite (75 days/year remote) in Carrollton, TX.ย 

COMP: $127 - 143K plus up tp 20% bonus, depending on candidates experience, etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research emerging trends, client needs, and competitor innovations across retirement, wealth, and benefits.
  • Generate, validate, and prioritize new product ideas aligned with business growth.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, leading product development from discovery and strategy through execution and launch.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, user stories, and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Partner daily with engineering and design teams to set strategy, refine requirements, and deliver high-quality product releases on time.
  • Lead user research, usability testing, and feedback-driven product iteration.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to design, prototype, and test early-stage solutions.
  • Lead pilot programs to evaluate product-market fit, feasibility, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and maintain the long-term product roadmap.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years in product management, strategy, or innovation roles leading digital, B2C initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience leading early-stage, ambiguous, or zero-to-one initiatives
  • Familiarity or willingness to lead AI-first initiatives from concept through deployment
  • Strong ability to work with vendors and internal teams, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders for successful project delivery.
  • Comfortable presenting product strategy and impact to stakeholders across all levels of the organization
  • Strong foundation in customer research, prototyping, and early-stage product development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to assess product market fit and ROI.
